We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager Spa in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing spa operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling appointments and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze sales trends and develop plans to increase revenue growth.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the spa environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, including massage therapy, skincare, and wellness programs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
