Job Summary

Fotokraft Studio is a premium photography studio specializing in maternity, newborn, and baby shoots. We are looking for a well-spoken and organized female receptionist to join our Ambernath team. The ideal candidate should be warm, responsible, and able to assist clients—especially expecting and new mothers—with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome clients.
• Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, and appointment scheduling/rescheduling.
• Explain packages, offers, and add-ons; handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Build rapport and ensure professional client experience.
• Assist maternity clients and support newborn shoots.
• Manage client data in Studio Ninja (CRM).
• Present confidently on camera for stories or introductions.
• Follow up with leads and collect client feedback.
• Maintain clean and organized reception/waiting areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Polite, professional, and client-friendly attitude
• Comfortable assisting maternity clients with gowns and newborn mothers
• Basic knowledge of computer tools: Google Calendar, WhatsApp Web, email, Excel
• Prior experience in a similar role (reception/front office) preferred

Job Details

• Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (may vary depending on shoot schedule)
• Weekly Off: 1 weekday (No weekends off)
• Training Provided: Yes (CRM, studio processes)
