About Verazer

Verazer
is developing a SaaS platform for
tea plantations & factories (currently) and eventually extend it to other agriculture companies.

We're creating a web-based, mobile friendly product that combines daily
weather, crop, labor, and factory data
into a single, connected system for better decision-making and accountability.

The platform will include:

  • Modules for field, factory, sales, and research data
  • Role-based access and
    multi-tenancy
    for estate groups
  • Business intelligence dashboards
    and reporting
  • Strong data validation and cross-verification from multiple sources
  • Future integration with
    IoT devices, satellite data, and computer vision

Bengal Tea & Fabrics Ltd.
, a listed tea group, giving us direct access to working estates in Assam where we
develop and test our software in live environments

Role & Responsibilities

We're looking for a
Full Stack Engineer
to help build the product from scratch. Will need work closely with the founder and take ownership across backend and frontend

You will:

  • Work closely with users and vendors to refine workflows
  • Build scalable and secure backend services using
    NextJS + NodeJS
  • Design and manage
    PostgreSQL databases
    with clean schema design
  • Contribute to frontend development using
    React /
  • Integrate with APIs, sensors, and other data sources
  • Write modular, testable code and participate in
    code reviews
  • Work directly with field and factory teams to understand requirements and test builds
  • Help shape system architecture and deployment processes

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional development experience
  • Strong knowledge of
    TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
  • Understanding of system design, API architecture, and clean code practices
  • Interest in working on products that involve
    real-world data, analytics, and operational systems
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
    Kolkata
    for in-person collaboration
