Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, Wallet, or E-commerce industries
  • Freshers with good sales acumen are also encouraged to apply
  • Age Limit: 18–35 years
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule market visits for lead generation and client meetings
  • Meet sales targets for multiple payment solutions such as QR Codes, Sound Box Devices, EDC/card swipe machines, POS Software, insurance, and other financial products.
  • Deploy products and explain their benefits & usage to merchants
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive higher conversions and retention
  • Collect consistent feedback from the market and competitors for product improvement
  • Onboard new retailers to enable digital payments and educate them about the benefits
  • Visit existing merchants to resolve issues and maintain relationships
