Senior Business Expert

Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
​

As a Senior Business Expert, you will be responsible of ensuring a component functionality meets stakeholders managed expectations to create a smooth customer experience. You will work closely with product managers, business experts, engineers, quality assurance, designers, and other stakeholders across the H&M Group focusing on prioritizing the effects wanted for the products and how these can be translated into business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a deep understanding of local and global needs towards our component and the business value we are supporting to realize.
• Support end-to-end solution design, configuration and testing when triggered by new initiatives and improvements.
• Working closely and collaborating with the experience layer and our business partners with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements to our existing solutions, and how we can make them even more efficient to enhance customer experience.
• You will be part of a product team that shares the responsibilities of development and mitigating operational issues and solving customer challenges.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
​

Product team
– You will be part of Commerce & Payment area by contributing to the Online Cart & Checkout Team. The team operates in the component layer that is responsible for ensuring we have the best suitable Favourites, Cart and Checkout enabling services. The services are API oriented and need to meet complex customer needs on global scope with local market adoptions. The team collaborates closely with the experience layer which is responsible for the customer experience and the end-to-end value and with neighboring component teams to ensure
checkout functionality

WHO YOU ARE
​

We are looking for people with…
​

• 6-9years experience in business analysis in e-commerce space.
• Great self-leadership skills with the ability to drive and set strategic direction and planning.
• You are familiar with software development and have strong business analytical skills.
• You have strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile & Scrum)
• You have experience of test and quality assurance
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills cross-functionally.
