Despatch Supervisor

• Manage and coordinate dispatch: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the dispatch department, assign delivery routes, and manage schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Supervise staff: Lead, train, and evaluate a team of dispatchers, including hiring and performance management.
• Ensure operational efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to improve dispatch operations, monitor progress, and address any delays or issues.
• Maintain records and compliance: Keep accurate records of deliveries, proof of delivery, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle logistics and coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, and manage inventory of dispatch materials and equipment.
• Handle communication: Serve as a point of contact for drivers, clients, and vendors, resolving issues and ensuring clear communication

Ø Previous experience in a dispatch, logistics, or supervisory role isrequired.

Ø Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
