Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook at our Ludhiana location. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and following health and safety guidelines. Daily tasks include coordinating with kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and adhering to recipes and plating standards. The Line Cook will also assist with inventory management and collaborate in developing new dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Skills in kitchen organization and cleanliness maintenance
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
• Prior experience working as a Line Cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial
