Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain well operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Conduct site investigations and analyze data to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure all work activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering .
  • Proven experience in well management engineering, focusing on oil and gas operations.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including HSE and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as CAD and simulation tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
