Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Coordinator cum Tele Operator to join our team at Western refrigerations pvt ltd. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, telecommunication, and coordination roles. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating services, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Manage service-related issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and service requests.
  • Assist in scheduling, dispatching, and following up on service operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination or telecommunication roles.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Male candidates preferred for this role (Indore location).

Additional Requirements:

  • Immediate availability for joining.
  • Willing to work in a 3rd-party company setup.
