About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital campaigns, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely delivery of marketing goals. The ideal candidate should bring advanced skills in digital strategy, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement result-oriented digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, content marketing, and lead generation activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams for campaign execution.
  • Mentor junior digital marketing specialists and interns.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,871.58 per month
