Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer marketing strategy for client programs
  • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated categories
  • Build strong relationships with influencers through seeding programs and regular communication
  • Negotiate and execute paid blogs/blog networks
  • Identify, establish, and manage ongoing influencer/brand ambassador programs
  • Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements, and relevant campaigns
  • Establish and build relationships on behalf of the company and their clients
  • Understand the client's mindset and requirements
  • Must have contact details of top social media personalities, especially from the Lifestyle, Fashion, Food, Parenting, Technology, and Auto sectors
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Should have a passion for using social media platforms to communicate with audiences and a deep understanding of what motivates people to engage with brands through them
  • Should have a creative bent of mind and think outside the box
  • Monitor and lead the existing influencer marketing team, ensuring smooth execution and performance tracking across all campaigns

Key Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, English, Public Relations, or Mass Communication preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in campaign execution
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
