  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, Flows, JavaScript, HTML, SOQL/SOSL.
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce customization and configuration including Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, Omni Channel, Reports & Dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience in Data Migration Tools Apex Data Loader, SF Data Wizard, Workbench, SFDX.
  • 5+ years of DevOps/Deployment experience using Change Sets, GitLab, Bitbucket, Gearset, , SFDX, and Workbench.
  • Strong background in Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, Metadata API, Platform Events, External Services) and middleware exposure.
  • Worked across multiple Salesforce Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and AgentForce.
  • Proven ability to lead offshore development teams (4–8 members) ensuring alignment with onshore admins and client stakeholders.
  • Certified Salesforce Professional (Optional) – Platform Developer I, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Platform App Builder, Data Cloud Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Consultant, and Administrator.
