State Legal Manager-Litigation

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's litigation matters pertains to AP/ TL & TN.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Represent the organization in court proceedings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and manage external relationships.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards in all litigation activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Law Graduate with LLB Degree from reputed University; should have a bar council degree/ certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience specifically under SARFAESI, 138, Arbitration, against Consumer Courts matters, Police Complaint, complaints, Writs, DRT & High Court matters, with at least 3 years experience to handled mortgages and construction finance business.
- In-depth knowledge of litigation procedures, laws, and regulations with excellent drafting skills including customer escalation matters, Admin issues and HR related matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective advocacy and legal opinions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess legal risks and develop sound strategies.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills for effective dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with relevant legal technology and case management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in legal documentation and processes.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing legal landscapes.
