Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and building client relationships, ensuring sales targets are met, and promoting The Old Delhi's culinary offerings. Key tasks include generating leads, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and gather feedback for improvements is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in building client relationships, lead generation, and direct sales approaches
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
- Customer service expertise and an understanding of client needs within a hospitality or food and beverage setting
- Familiarity with market trends, sales strategies, and local New Delhi demographics
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across different roles
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or food services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for food and a keen interest in culinary traditions of Old Delhi is a valuable asset
