Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Assistant Plant Manager. The Assistant Plant Manager will assist in overseeing plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing plant operations, coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless production flow, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role also involves strategic planning to optimize manufacturing efficiency and contributing to the continuous improvement of plant processes.

  • Experience in Production Planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
