Job Title: Power BI Developer (Azure)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Power BI Developer with hands-on experience in Azure ecosystem to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and data models. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in DAX/Power Query, and exposure to Azure cloud services for data integration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Build and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M).
  • Connect and integrate data from Azure services (Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security (RLS implementation).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.
  • Perform QA/testing of reports to ensure reliability and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Experience in integrating data from Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse, or other Azure services.
  • Basic understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformations.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory or other data integration tools.
  • Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD for Power BI or Azure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹353, ₹674,941.94 per year
