AI Assurance Lead

LTIMindtree QE Team is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic AI Assurance Leads.

Expectations

  • Working closely with the development team to design test cases execute test scenarios and identify potential datarelated issues in the AI models
  • Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the overall quality and reliability of GenAI products
  • Strong analytical skills attention to detail and a keen understanding of data quality standards

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute test plans for evaluating the functional performance of GenAI models
  • Analyse AIgenerated outputs to identify discrepancies inaccuracies or unexpected behaviour
  • Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues
  • Document and communicate test results

Skills

  • Experience in software testing and Test Automation with a focus on data validation
  • Familiarity with data quality standards and best practices
  • Experience with ML deep learning TensorFlow Python NLP
  • Experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions
  • Knowledge of programming languages and scripting on any one automation tool
  • Experience in REST API development NoSQL database design and RDBMS design and optimizations
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
