Key Responsibilities


• Make outbound calls to leads generated from databases, campaigns adc, or referrals to pitch secured and unsecured loan products.


• Educate prospects on loan options, including interest rates, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and benefits (e.g., quick disbursal for unsecured loans, lower rates for secured loans).


• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products (secured for larger amounts with assets, unsecured for quick, collateral-free needs).


• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.


• Achieve monthly/quaterly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and sales closures.


• Resolve customer objections and escalate complex issues to supervisors.


• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms for loans in India).


• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications


• Education: Under-Graduate/Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business background preferred).


• Experience: 0 – 6 months in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service; fresher with strong communication skills are welcome.

Skills:


• Excellent verbal communication in English and Local Language.


• Persuasive selling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.


• Basic knowledge of financial products, especially loans (training provided).


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).


• Strong listening skills and empathy to handle diverse customer profiles.
