ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Specialist in HVAC/PCI Installation Design to join our project engineering team for industrial plants and power generation facilities in Bilbao or Barcelona.

ABOUT YOU

Feel free to apply if you have:

  • A higher degree in Industrial Engineering with a Mechanical specialization or similar.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in designing engineering projects related to ventilation, HVAC, and/or PCI systems for industrial and energy plants (such as power generation plants, oil & gas, steelworks, mining, etc.).
  • Knowledge in HVAC system design (thermal load models, ventilation flow rates, equipment and duct sizing, pressure loss calculations, etc.).
  • Risk assessment skills for plant operations, active and passive fire protection criteria, and specification of associated installations.
  • Strong teamwork skills and technical rigor.
  • Autonomy and an innovative mindset.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • And most importantly a strong desire to learn in an international company like IDOM
