Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage distributors and sales teams within the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth
- Strengthen brand presence of Sanan Chai in the market
- Expand dealer and distributor network for deeper market penetration
Candidate Requirements
- Must be based in Jabalpur
- Graduate with 5+ years of FMCG sales experience
- Prior experience in the tea industry will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Willingness for regular field visits
- Own two-wheeler preferred
