Designation: Fashion Communication Specialist

Experience: 1- 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept-to-execution of monthly social media communication across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Planning and execution of brand campaign shoots and catalogues — including mood boards, styling references, and vendor coordination.
  • Storyboarding and execution of brand advertisements, including agency coordination and creative briefings.
  • End-to-end creation of 360° brand communication collaterals across digital and print touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom) for creating visual collaterals.
  • Working knowledge of video editing tools (After Effects, CapCut, etc.) for reels, shorts, and campaign edits.
  • Hands-on knowledge of photography and video basics — Studio & outdoor lighting, composition, product aesthetics and industry standard editing.
  • Familiarity with AI-based creative tools for generating consistent fashion imagery and video content with brand coherence & product continuity.

Skills & Qualification

  • Candidates from NIFT with a Fashion Communication background are preferred.
