Job Title: Trainer & Counselor Experience Required: 0–2 Years Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Hybrid (as per company)

Job Summary

The Trainer & Counselor is responsible for conducting training sessions, guiding students or trainees, and supporting them in improving their skills, confidence, and career readiness. The role also includes mentoring, counseling, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom or online training sessions based on curriculum.
  • Provide career guidance and basic counseling to students.
  • Assist trainees with communication skills, soft skills, and interview preparation.
  • Prepare training materials, PPTs, notes, and assessments.
  • Track trainee attendance, maintain records, and prepare performance reports.
  • Address student queries and maintain a healthy learning environment.
  • Coordinate with academic and management teams for training improvements.
  • Motivate trainees to achieve learning outcomes and goals.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic counseling and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage and engage a group of learners.
  • Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in any stream (Education, Psychology, HR preferred).
  • Certification in counseling, soft skills, training, or communication (optional but added advantage).

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in training, teaching, or counseling.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  • Work Environment
  • Onsite/Online/Hybrid depending on organization needs.

Salary

  • As per industry standards and candidate's skill level.
