Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Intern located in Bengaluru. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, assist with social media management, analyze web traffic using analytics tools, and contribute to enhancing the company's digital presence. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that align with organizational goals while ensuring effective communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry segments.
  • Source and qualify leads through online platforms, directories, and social media.
  • Maintain and update CRM/lead databases with accurate information.
  • Support email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality.
  • Track and report lead generation metrics and performance.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and basic content as required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.
  • Good research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work within timelines.
  • Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.

Educational Background

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
