Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a
Social Media Marketing
.
The specialist will be having 4years experience
and would be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing engagement metrics, and staying updated with digital marketing trends. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the brand's online presence and engagement.

Offered CTC- 40000k permonth.

Qualifications

  • Plan, create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.)
  • Good Experience in SEO, PPC is plus
  • Good knowledge in preparing presentation
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and campaigns
  • Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistency across channels
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain active community engagement
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, etc.) and generate monthly reports
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and social media best practices
  • Support email marketing, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content strategy as needed
  • Help manage brand voice, visual consistency, and audience growth across all digital touchpoints
  • Contribute to overall marketing planning, ideation, and execution
