Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer who thrives on experimentation, problem-solving, and hands-on R&D. This role is about more than just coding—you'll be building AI-powered automation and chatbot solutions, developing APIs, and integrating them into our existing software and business workflows.

You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and management to turn ideas into scalable AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate APIs and AI-powered chatbots with company software, CRMs, and business workflows.
  • Research and experiment with AI agents, LLMs, and emerging AI frameworks to build intelligent automation systems.
  • Prototype and deploy chatbot automation that connects with third-party tools (ERP, WhatsApp API, Slack, etc.).
  • Work with vector databases and RAG pipelines for knowledge-based queries.
  • Build scalable, cloud-ready AI applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and tools, and propose innovative projects.
  • Document findings and share knowledge for continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP, deep learning, and automation workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and frameworks like LangChain, Rasa, Haystack.
  • Experience in API development (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and integration into real-world systems.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
  • Nice to have: RPA tools, front-end knowledge (React/Angular, MERN Stack) for chatbot UI, and prior startup experience.
  • A curiosity-driven problem solver, willing to learn and grow with us.
