Store Associate

A Store Associate's job involves providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, managing inventory (restocking, organizing), maintaining store appearance (cleaning, displays), and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, essentially being the face of the brand and supporting daily retail operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, recommend products, and handle complaints professionally.
• Sales & Transactions: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Merchandising: Restock shelves, arrange product displays, and maintain visual standards.
• Inventory: Assist with stock counts, receiving shipments, and reporting low stock.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor and follow security procedures.
