Hi,

We are exploring for Senior Executive / Executive - Store for Central Suburbs. Brief JD:

  • Ensure proper housekeeping and adequate illumination inside the stores.
  • Ensure periodic pest control and rodent control inside the stores.
  • Periodically check the storage conditions of the stock items.
  • Ensure 24 X 7 access control of the stores.
  • Maintain store visitor register.
  • Periodically update the stores record and keep the back-up of the same in system
  • Assist Stores Manager in the stock reconciliation.
  • Material storage, Tagging, proper Stacking & safe keeping.
  • Zero wastage in storage as per Material handling, Storage & Identification chart.
  • Create an Indent in the ERP system, send pending indent to purchase dept. Ensure timely delivery of material on all sites.
  • To maintain Store documents as per SOP standard
  • Monitoring timely documentation like DMR register & Gate entry register & sign on weekly basis on register.
  • ERP Operating Skill must
  • Job location - Ghatkopar, Wada, Panvel
