Job Responsibilities:

  • Defining the product vision, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, and prioritising product development based on need analysis and business goals.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competition offerings.
  • Developing product strategies to capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Collating and prioritising product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Working with R&D and other teams to develop and launch new solar energy products or features, ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales and marketing plans, to drive product adoption and top-line and bottom-line growth.
  • Managing product lifecycle
  • Monitoring product performance and market trends

  • Solar inverters and their kitting for the residential and commercial segments.

Desired Functional Knowledge
:

  • Understanding of solar energy technologies and systems – preferred.
  • Market research and analysis skills.
  • Product management experience – preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of customer needs and experience in developing
  • customer-centric products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handling demonstrations of products
  • Good knowledge in MS Office for documentation/presentation
  • Experience in marketing and switchgear, without solar background, is also preferred
