› Data Migration Strategy: Design and execute data migration strategies, offer go-live and post-live support

› People Management: Demonstrate strong people management skills and the ability to lead a team

› Project Scheduling: Plan, prioritize, and organize project schedules and activities

› Risk & Issue Management: Identify and analyze risks and issues, working with project managers

› Problem Solving & Analysis: Systematically analyze situations, resolve problems, and anticipate implications

› Specification Writing: Develop and test functional designs, write specifications, and interface with customers for testing and issue resolution

› Technical Contributions: Contribute to data migrations, integrations, report design, and security design.
