Reporting: VP Projects
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
5-6 years of experience as process and document controller in Corporate Interior Projects with reputed PMC Copy, scan and store documents Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts. Review and update technical documents (e.g. Manuals and workflows) Distribute project-related copies to internal teams Develop and manage folder structure Documentation of all relevant information pertaining to projects across North and West region File documents in physical and digital records Create templates for future use Retrieve and circulate files as requested by employees and clients Manage the flow of documentation within the organization Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed Circulate MOMs to stakeholders. Organise project meetings with relevant stakeholders Ensure Project team is following processes and documentation as agreed Create master list of all relevant data and event log for all project Resolve issues to smoothen execution Track all POsSkills & Qualification Required:
Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role Familiarity with project management Hands-on experience with MS Office, Outlook and Excel Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems Proficient typing and editing skills Data organization skills Attention to detail Graduation + Degree/certification in Project Management-
