Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping PDI /FAI Vendor end

2 Read drawings, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services 3 Inspection of CNC precision (Machining) parts and execute tests to check final product adherence to the com-pany standards. And comfortable to work with shift rotation.

4 Process control and daily quality Inspection of precision machine shop. Perform activities to calibration of equip-ment and Gauges in order to maintain equipment as per the standards.

5 · Familiar with quality measurement instruments like Vision Measuring Machine/system (VMM), Profile Projector, Contour tracer Measuring System, etc.

6 Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

7 Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records

8 Guide the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. And able to give suggestions for resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

BE/Diploma in mechanical or equivalent qualification.

A maximum of 4 to 6 years' experience in a similar role Managing Quality function for CNC precision parts product ·
