Job Role: 1. Handling the overall stock and inventory.
2. Managing the entire team of employees and ensuring that the target of the store is achieved and meeting the profit targets.
3. Handling the layout of items in the store.
4. Helping in the process of recruitment to recruit potential candidates into the team, guiding, coaching and preparing the team members for functioning in the store.
5. Ensuring that their is no pilferage.
6. Following guidelines for store operating procedure and contributing ideas in advertising, sales promotion and display plan.

Experience: Min 5 years in related industry and field.
Salary: 4.8 LPA to 6 LPA (In Hand) + Incentive.
