Our product portfolio includes advanced castable, Monolithics, and specialized LC Chrome products designed for high-temperature industrial applications across steel, cement, non-ferrous, and petrochemical industries.
Job Summary
We are seeking a technically sound and target-driven Refractory Sales Executive with deep knowledge of LC Chrome castable and monolithic refractories. The role involves identifying client needs, promoting technical solutions, and driving sales in the manufacturing and metallurgical sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-temperature application areas and industrial furnaces.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities for LC Chrome castables and monolithic refractory products.
· Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in steel, cement, non-ferrous metal, and other relevant industries.
· Provide technical support and product recommendations based on client application requirements.
· Conduct plant visits, site evaluations, and refractory audits to understand customer needs.
· Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals and presentations.
· Collaborate with the technical and R&D teams to customize solutions and address client feedback.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
· 3–8 years of experience in refractory sales or technical support, preferably with LC Chrome products or monolithics.
· Strong knowledge of castables (including LC, ULCC, NCC) and monolithic lining techniques.
· Familiarity with installation processes such as gunning, casting, ramming, and shotcreting.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
· Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and industrial facilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹45,706.58 per month
