We're looking for an energetic and empathetic Admissions Counselor to join our growing team In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and families, guiding them through the admissions journey—from initial inquiry to enrollment.

What you'll do:

• Represent the school at recruitment events, college fairs, and school visits.
• Engage with prospective students and parents via calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Guide applicants through admission processes, requirements, and deadlines.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and organize campus tours/open houses.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and applications using CRM tools.
• Assist in outreach strategy and contribute to meeting enrollment targets.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or education (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Presentable, persuasive, and passionate about education.

Work schedule:

• This role may require occasional travel for events and some weekend/evening hours during peak admission periods.
