Role Description

We are seeking a
full-time Associate Lawyer
to join our litigation team in Bengaluru. This is an on-site role suitable for motivated advocates who are passionate about courtroom practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in
    criminal and family court proceedings
    , including hearings, trials, and High Court matters.
  • Conduct comprehensive
    legal research
    and prepare case strategies.
  • Draft and review
    pleadings, affidavits, legal notices, petitions, and case documents
    .
  • Manage client meetings, provide legal counsel, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure high-quality case preparation and effective representation.
  • Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and firm values at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    3+ years of experience
    in litigation, specifically in
    Criminal Defense
    and
    Family Law
    (Divorce, DV, 498A, Child Custody).
  • Strong skills in
    legal drafting, research, documentation, and courtroom advocacy
    .
  • Excellent
    oral and written communication
    , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases, manage deadlines, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • LLB degree
    with active
    Bar Council of India enrollment
    .
  • Prior litigation experience in Bengaluru courts is an added advantage.
