Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Angul. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, enhancing customer service experiences, and improving overall communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include handling online product listings, monitoring website performance, processing orders, assisting customers, and working closely with the sales team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with e-commerce platforms
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven experience in E-Commerce and Sales
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEO, and other digital marketing tools is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
