Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join our design team and work on infrastructure, residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed design drawings, performing calculations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil design drawings (site plans, grading, drainage, road layout, utility networks)
• Perform structural & hydraulic calculations, load analyses, earthwork computations
• Use CAD / BIM / specialized software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS,Sketchup, etc.)
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients
• Review and check designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Prepare technical specifications and bill of quantities
• Assist in site visits and provide support during construction phase
• Revise designs based on feedback or site conditions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience: 0 to 5 years (or more, depending on level)
• Strong skills in civil / structural software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, etc.)
• Good understanding of local codes, standards, and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in teams, strong communication skills
• Good analytical & problem-solving mindset
