Minimum Criteria:

  • Graduate degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy (RE), Offshore Windfarm, or related large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Should have successfully executed at least 1 full project as a Project Manager from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of offshore wind farm projects.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies for smooth execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of offshore wind farm and renewable energy project execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera or MS Project.
  • Understanding of HSE practices and international project standards.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP or PRINCE2 (Project Management Certification).
  • Offshore safety training such as BOSIET or GWO.

Salary Range (Monthly):

₹3.5 – 5.5 Lakh per month, negotiable based on experience and project portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,500, ₹6,000,000.00 per year
