Job Description:

• Functional knowledge and exposure to Retail Banking.


• Knowledge in Banking preferable Digital Banking.


• Knowledge in Customer Onboarding Account Opening, Mobile and Internet Retail Banking, Agency Banking.


• Experience in Requirement Gathering, FSD and Other Documentation.


• Understanding accounting concepts in banking domain mainly on Retail modules (Onboarding and Retail Servicing of Payments/Loans/Accounts/).


• Ability to analyze the functional flow and its adaptation to the application.


• Should have solid experience on defect analysis, identifying the gaps, and reviewing the existing regression test suite with respect to product functionality and customer usage.

• Good team player and work as a team mind-set to deliver the project on time.


• Mentor junior team members on functional front.
