Job Description: HRSD Functional Consultant

Essential Skills: Must-Have

Hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow HRSD, with strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.A solid understanding of HR processes, terminology, policies, and best practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to bridge business and technical teams. Experience working in agile project environments

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

Requirement Analysis & Design:Gather and document HR business requirements, acting as a subject matter expert to translate them into functional designs and technical specifications within the ServiceNow platform.

Platform Implementation:Configure and implement various HRSD components, including HR Service Portal, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, and mobile applications.

Integration & Automation:Design and develop integrations with other HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) using the Integration Hub, and build automated workflows using Flow Designer.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with HR and IT stakeholders, business users, and project managers to drive initiatives, ensure alignment, and manage project deliverables effectively.

Platform Support & Optimization:Provide ongoing support for the platform, assist with incident resolution, advise on platform features, and identify opportunities for process and system optimization.

Testing & Quality Assurance:Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify and escalate defects, and work with QA teams to address design gaps and ensure solution quality
