Key Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion by acquiring and onboarding new properties.
- Meet hotel/property owners, present OYOs vision, and build profitable partnerships.
- Develop joint business plans and ensure SLA compliance with partners.
- Manage hotel partner relationships, resolve escalations, and drive retention.
- Collaborate with transformation & operations teams to make properties live.
- Ensure occupancy growth, sellable room availability, and revenue performance.
Key Performance Indicators
- Sellable rooms signed & made live month-on-month.
- Occupancy (URNs) & Pay at Hotel (PAH) realization.
- Gross margin from signed properties.
- Daily availability of sellable rooms (DSRN).
Education
- Graduation is mandatory.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or key account management.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in managing escalations and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
