Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Translate SOW requirements into
C4 models
, architecture diagrams & process documentation - Design scalable solutions for
reconciliations, book closure, financial reporting - Create technical specifications for custom development
- Define architectural standards & best practices across finance domain solutions
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor implementation engineers & guide on best practices
- Lead technical reviews ensuring solution quality
- Provide architectural decisions for complex client requirements
- Promote cross-team knowledge sharing
Platform Strategy & Development
- Decide what goes into platform vs. custom implementation
- Identify platform enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with product & engineering teams on roadmap
- Support implementation teams for platform gaps
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead enterprise technical conversations
- Align solution design with client tech stack
- Ensure compliance with
Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP - Oversee technical delivery from design to go-live
