We're Looking For An experienced Content Developer with a strong background in NGO communications and digital media, capable of creating high-quality content across:

  • Donor Newsletters
  • Annual & Impact Reports
  • Student Progress Reports
  • Social Media Marketing & SEO-friendly Promotions
  • Campaign Writing for Fundraising and Awareness

Compensation: ₹0.40 to ₹1 per word (including layout/design work) – based on quality and experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and draft engaging newsletters featuring stories, updates, and visuals
  • Create well-structured and visually appealing annual and progress reports (including both content writing and layout support)
  • Develop impactful case studies, success stories, and donor updates in a compelling narrative style
  • Coordinate with the internal team to gather data, visuals, and field-level updates
  • Manage content calendars and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Write SEO-optimized content, including captions, hashtags, and promotional copy
  • Plan and support digital campaign promotions and outreach activities
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance visibility and brand presence
  • Lead and execute targeted social media promotions across platforms.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Prior experience in NGO communications or social media marketing in the development sector.
  • Strong English writing and editing skills with storytelling flair.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and SEO practices
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage content calendars, donor-facing reports, and outreach materials independently.

Qualification:

  • Demonstrated content writing experience.
  • A Master's degree in English, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, report writing, or social media management (2 years preferred)
  • Proven ability to write donor-friendly newsletters, impact reports, and success stories
  • Experience in SEO-driven content, digital promotion, and campaign design
  • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and tools like Meta Business Suite
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva and Photoshop .
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics or social media insights
  • Ability to convert field-level data into impactful content

Soft Skills:

  • Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Sensitivity to grassroots challenges and NGO values
  • Able to juggle multiple content tasks across platforms.

Note: Freshers are not eligible for this opportunity. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
