JOB OVERVIEW:

A qualified physiotherapist who is capable of facilitating the treatment and therapy of patients who suffer from various conditions of the spine, bone and muscles.

To be successful as a Physiotherapist, you should have strong interpersonal skills, good administration skills, the ability to build & maintain patient support and strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, and the ability to work well within a team.

Physiotherapist Responsibilities:

  • Assessments, arriving at a diagnosis, and formulating treatment plans.
  • Counseling and educating patients, family members about their condition,how the treatment can help them, and the importance of lifestyle modification to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
  • Counseling patients on treatment options and plans.
  • Understanding protocols.
  • Providing high patient satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that the center/unit achieves its weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Working in coordination with the orthopedic consultants to maximize patient experience, treatment outcome, and satisfaction.
  • Taking part in camps or awareness/education programs to identify patients who may benefit from the treatment modalities/programs that we offer.
  • Keeping accurate patient evaluation forms, patient progress reports, and patient records.
  • Following up with patients on treatment progress (after 3 months or 6 months) to ensure that they have benefited from the treatment provided.
  • Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients.
  • Be legally responsible and accountable.
  • Manage clinical risk and ensure that patients who are contraindicated for treatment modalities are not enrolled.
  • Coordinate with CRE.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Working experience as a Physiotherapist
  • Bachelor/Master of Physiotherapy
  • Outstanding patient management skills
  • Compassionate and friendly personality
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to stay tolerant and patient.
  • Maintain good health and fitness.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
