Job Title: Social Media Manager

Department: Digital Marketing

Reports To: Director/COO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and boosting engagement through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and publish high-quality, engaging, and original content (text, image, and video) across all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to measure the success of social media efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer feedback.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Stay up to date with current trends, technologies, and best practices in social media, design, and digital marketing.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and online communities.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content strategies.
