We are looking for a creative Social Media Marketer to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will lead the planning, creation, and execution of social media strategies to promote our IT services, increase engagement, and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to deliver consistent and compelling messaging tailored to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Create and schedule engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and advertisements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Track social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and participate in relevant tech-related conversations.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform policies, tools, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Work with SEO and content teams to optimize posts for visibility and discoverability.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to differentiate from competitors through social media strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating platform-specific content.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
