Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer to join our growing marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, managing key internal and external stakeholders, and uplifting Locobuzzs digital brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of brand tone, strong coordination skills, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Locobuzz's brand presence across social media platforms – ensuring consistency, quality, and impact.
 - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing stakeholders to plan and promote product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership pieces.
 - Execute campaigns that promote key content such as blogs, videos, product features, events, and client stories.
 - Proactively drive brand awareness and audience engagement, increasing Locobuzz's visibility in the digital space.
 - Work closely with internal teams (design, product, sales, and leadership) to align social content with broader business goals.
 - Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and cross-platform coordination.
 - Track and report on content performance metrics – reach, impressions, CTR, engagement, follower growth, etc.
 - Stay updated with social trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep Locobuzz content fresh and relevant.
 - Support in stakeholder management by communicating campaign performance and incorporating feedback into future planning.
 
Key Requirements
- 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a B2B SaaS, tech, or digital-first brand.
 - Strong grasp of brand positioning and how to elevate a brand's voice across different social platforms.
 - Demonstrated experience in managing business accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
 - Strong content promotion and coordination skills with the ability to work across functions and with multiple stakeholders.
 - Familiarity with analytics tools (native platform insights, Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social, etc.) and a data-driven approach to content.
 - Proficiency in managing social calendars, campaign timelines, and reporting performance insights.
 - Creative mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to contribute to a high-impact marketing function.
 - Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools to support quick visual adaptations
