Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Staff located in Morayur. The Digital Marketing Staff will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, handling customer service interactions, and supporting sales initiatives. Additionally, daily tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.

Qualifications

  • Certified course or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
  • Good understanding of visual branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in creating visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
