Job Description :

  1. Overseeing architectural site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, design intent, and project specifications.
  2. Coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of architectural works.
  3. Reviewing architectural and interior drawings, GFCs, and detailed design plans for accuracy and feasibility on-site.
  4. Supervising finishing work such as flooring, ceiling, cladding, and faade treatments for quality and aesthetics.
  5. Resolving on-site design issues, clashes with services or civil works, and ensuring compliance with codes and client expectations.
  6. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports, including site photographs, quality checks, and status updates.
  7. Maintaining updated records of drawing revisions, material approvals, and work changes.
  8. Monitoring quality of architectural materials and ensuring they meet design specifications.
  9. Coordinating with structural and MEP teams for smooth integration of services with architectural elements.
  10. Handling client visits, addressing concerns, and implementing changes in alignment with project goals.
  11. Ensuring health & safety compliance and adherence to local authority guidelines and building codes.

We are seeking a Site Architect / Architectural Engineer

with a strong understanding of design-to-execution workflow, detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage site execution across multiple fronts. Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates will be given preference.
