Role & responsibilities
- HR Support: Manage onboarding/offboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, performance feedback, and basic training coordination for field staff (Technicians, GETs).
- Employee Relations: Act as first point of contact for field employee queries and grievances.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support local hiring efforts and interview coordination.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws at project sites.
- Admin Support: Oversee site logistics, travel, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and documentation.
- Communication & Safety: Facilitate central-field communication and support basic safety protocols.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in HR/Admin support, preferably in field-based roles (energy/infrastructure/manufacturing).
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, MS Office proficiency, problem-solving, and knowledge of Indian labor laws.
- Attributes: Proactive, empathetic, resourceful, and comfortable working in remote locations.
- Location: Project sites across India (requires extensive travel).
